Yes. Every new workspace includes 2 builds a month with no card required. The allowance refreshes at the start of each month, and anything you ship stays deployed.
New builds and edits pause until your allowance refreshes or you upgrade. Paid plans can opt in to extra usage, which keeps builds going past the allowance. You're billed monthly for exactly what you use, at the rate shown in your billing settings. Nothing is billed without that opt-in, and deployed tools, their data, and your team's access keep working either way.
